Then join us. Are you making food more nourishing, sustainable, equitable or resilient? From farm to fork and back again, we are forging a quiet revolution. Let's help each other out.
This is a home to share our ambitions and struggles; to access resources and support; and to advocate together for a more conducive business environment.
It is also a home for our friends in government, big business, foundations or NGOs; the collaborators who want to boost the role of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in delivering good food for all.
This community was launched by Wasafiri in support of the 2021 UN Food Systems Summit, with founding sponsorship by EIT Food . The Summit set a bold global agenda to change the way the world produces and consumes food. The Sustainable Development Goals can only be achieved if we fundamentally reshape our food systems. They touch every aspect of human existence, affecting the health of our bodies, our environment, our economies, and our cultures. SMEs manage half our food economy, so must lead the transformation.
The Summit hosted a competition to find the "Best Small Businesses providing Good for All". If you see your story in their story, then join us.
